Retightening Services
To provide timely and economical retightening services for Sisterlocks™ clients, Cherished Locs has developed the following formula for regular maintenance. It is based on the length of time between previous sessions, thus allowing individual clients to arrange the service to fit their budget. Please note that rescheduling or canceling appointments may change the original established fee.

All clients having Sisterlocks™ service before coming to Cherished Locs must schedule a consultation to determine the condition of the hair and time facilitated in retightening. If consultation is not possible before coming to Cherished Locs for retightening the price for retightening will be $180, for 3hours, then  Subsequent service will revert back to Cherished Locs formula for regular maintenance.
Policies
Services are performed on natural hair or individuals transitioning to natural hair only.

Payment of services over $75 must be in the form of cash or credit card (no personal checks, please). Credit card payments are processed through Zelle.  There will be an additional 3% surcharge added when paying by credit card.

Cancellations are required 24 hours in advance of the appointment. Clients more than 15 minutes late without prior notification may be subject to rescheduling. Clients not providing any notice of not being able to come to a scheduled appointment may be refused future service from Cherished Locs.

Absolutely no children allowed unless receiving services.

Payment is required before service is provided. The client must inform the stylist before ¼ of the service is completed of
displeasure with the service to be eligible for a refund less the consultation fee and security deposit

There is a $100.00 deposit required at all Sisterlocks™ consultations to schedule future service. Cancellation of appointment by the client forfeits the deposit completely.
